Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Intern who is passionate about the world of influencer marketing, social media, and brand collaborations. This is an opportunity to dive deep into the influencer marketing world and gain firsthand experience in managing projects and building relationships between content creators and brands, along with creating and executing strategic plans for helping creators grow even faster.

Key Responsibilities
The job will include but not be limited to the following tasks:
* Manage long-term projects and collaborations for content creators.
* Conduct outreach to brands for potential collaborations.
* Provide feedback and input for creative direction and strategic plans when required.
* Assist in social media management for creators when needed.
* Assist in content management and editing for creators when necessary (limited to short form).

Qualifications
* Current junior or senior in college.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Familiarity with the influencer marketing landscape.
* A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Additional Skills (Not required but a plus)
* Previous experience in content editing or management.
* Proficiency in social media management tools.
* Familiarity with CRM tools for outreach and communication.
* Basic understanding of content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut).
* Previous experience or studies in digital marketing or a related field.

Work Commitment & Compensation
* Immediate start date.
* Initial hiring period: 6 months, with potential to extend.
* 15-20 hours a week.
$15/hour plus commission on collaborations and projects managed and executed by the Intern.
